Order Processing and Shipping Information
Order Processing Time: Please allow 3 - 5 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.
Shipping Time
- U.S. Orders: Shipped via USPS & FedEx with an average transit time of 15 - 20 business days.
- International Orders: Shipping times vary between 15 - 30 business days, depending on the fulfillment center.
Shipping Delays: Please note that external factors such as pandemics, natural disasters, holidays, and weather conditions may cause delays. While most packages arrive on time, unforeseen circumstances may result in delays.
Tracking Information:
We provide tracking for every order. Once your product has been shipped, you'll receive tracking details. For assistance with tracking your order, please visit the "Track Your Order" page on our website.
Order Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled penalty-free within 24 hours of creation. To cancel, please email us at support@axora.com with the subject line "CANCEL MY ORDER."
Incorrect Address:
If you’ve entered an incorrect address, please notify us immediately via email. We can correct the address within 24 hours of order placement. Once shipped, address changes are not possible.
Delivery Attempts:
Carriers typically make two delivery attempts before returning a package.
Damaged Items:
If your items are damaged, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We’ll promptly send a replacement at no extra cost.
